The hotel rooms provided entertainment for the whole family as expected, clean, with a nice view and were spacious and clean being on a high floor. The service was super helpful arranging things for us and the staff were very nice and accommodating to move us to a different room. The location was out of the way and horrible. The dining experience was a little pricey but worth it with plenty to choose from and even custom order items. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great dining selection.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms had a nice harbor view, which was a refreshing change after being out in the bustling city all day. They were easily the biggest and most comfortable on our entire trip. However, the location was a bit far from the city center, but perfect for me due to its proximity to the port.
