Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms provided entertainment for the whole family as expected, clean, with a nice view and were spacious and clean being on a high floor. The service was super helpful arranging things for us and the staff were very nice and accommodating to move us to a different room. The location was out of the way and horrible. The dining experience was a little pricey but worth it with plenty to choose from and even custom order items. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great dining selection.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms had a nice harbor view, which was a refreshing change after being out in the bustling city all day. They were easily the biggest and most comfortable on our entire trip. However, the location was a bit far from the city center, but perfect for me due to its proximity to the port. The service was very courteous and extremely helpful, though the staff directing me to showers elsewhere seemed a bit strange. The dining options were excellent, with divine food in the onsite restaurants, but the buffet breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it offered. The facilities were up to standard, catering to all our needs during the stay.
The hotel is very convenient due to its proximity to Universal Studios, but it's quite far from Osaka city center. The friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, and the on-site dining options were divine. However, the lack of sightseeing around the hotel was a downside.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were tasteful and up to date, and we even got a pleasant upgrade, which was a nice surprise. They were surprisingly large for Japanese cities' standards and the price was just right. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The location is great for Universal Studios Japan, and the free shuttle service there was a fantastic added bonus. The dining options were delicious and catered well to us, vegans. Overall, a lovely place to stay with some minor drawbacks.
After a 45-minute journey from the train station, I found the hotel to be nice and clean, even though the room wasn't as large as expected. The service was top-notch with efficient assistance in arranging a replacement and even a 4:45 AM escort to my cab. The location, while a bit far from the main city, was decent for a day trip to Nara. The dining experience was not very good, but suitable for families with small children. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
